Glamz Boutique is not responsible for any damaged, lost, or stolen packages

Please allow 5-7 business days for processing once your order has been confirmed.  Orders placed Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) before 2 pm EST will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 2 pm EST will not begin processing until the following business day. Regarding your order, please email glamz2020@yahoo.com and we’ll be happy to assist you.

 Once your item has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation from (USPS) providing tracking information. All Deliveries will require a signature on delivery. Please keep in mind, that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers.  Occasionally, packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe. 

Shipping Rates 

Domestic orders can be shipped USPS Ground Flat Rate or Next Day. We currently do not ship outside the U.S.A. 

 We ship directly from Suitland, Maryland.
